Guided Workshops
Hands-on training to help you execute real evaluation — not just understand it.
Guided Workshops are small, interactive sessions designed for professionals who want to learn the workflow and apply it — using ET templates and a step-by-step process.
These workshops build on the Live Webinars, but go further: instead of watching an evaluation unfold, you’ll practice the process with guided support so you can confidently repeat it in your own organization or client work.
What you’ll do in a Guided Workshop
In each workshop, we’ll work through a complete evaluation workflow, including:
Translating learning objectives into measurable outcomes
Selecting the right evaluation design for real-world constraints
Using ET templates to structure and run the analysis
Interpreting results correctly (and avoiding common mistakes)
Turning findings into conclusions you can explain and defend
How workshops are different from webinars
Live Webinars are designed to be fast, clear, and demonstration-based.
Guided Workshops are designed to be hands-on.
In a workshop, you’ll have time to:
slow down and see each step clearly
ask questions in real time
practice the workflow using the provided templates
leave with a repeatable process you can use again
What’s included
Each Guided Workshop includes:
A live Zoom session (small group format)
ET templates used in the workshop
Guided walkthrough and structured exercises
Q&A and troubleshooting during the session
A workshop recording (for attendees)
Who these workshops are for
Guided Workshops are best for:
L&D professionals responsible for evaluation and reporting
Internal consultants supporting learning measurement
Independent consultants who want more defensible evaluation methods
Professionals who want to build capability — not outsource analysis
Recommended prerequisite
Workshops are designed to follow the Live Webinar.
If you haven’t attended the webinar yet, you can still join — but you may get more value by starting with the webinar first.
Upcoming Workshops
Workshops are scheduled regularly and seats are limited to keep sessions interactive.
