About the Instructor
ET was created by a college professor and practitioner with experience in training and development, and a deep background in statistics and research methods — the foundations that effective evaluation depends on.
Over time, one pattern kept surfacing: professionals understood why evaluation mattered, but struggled with how to apply it in practice — and even more so, how to explain and defend their work once results were on the table.
ET was built to serve as a practical extension of established evaluation frameworks, helping professionals move from understanding the concepts to developing real capability. The goal isn’t to replace existing models — it’s to help people execute them credibly under real-world constraints.
Grounded in statistics, research methods, and I/O psychology
Shaped by years of teaching foundational skills and practitioner experience
Designed to build capability — not dependency
ET exists to help professionals feel prepared — not exposed — when it’s time to talk about impact.
